This florist is incredible. I was dumb enough to use Avas as a larger delivery service, which is a scam. DO NOT USE AVAS. Use her directly. She does INCREDIBLE beautiful work and is so kind and considerate, with amazing recovery on this Ava's order she saved my day. I love her work and they were so thorough on making sure I received pictures of the delivery as well. THANK YOU BRIDGEWATER FLORIST!!!

I live in another state and wanted to order my mom flowers for Mother’s Day. I found this company by google search and placed an order 2 1/2 weeks early because I know Mother’s Day can be crazy. I chose to have them delivered for Saturday the 9th since they are closed on Mother’s Day. They never delivered the order even though I paid $110, $15 of that for shipping! I called yesterday and no answer, couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Guess I learned my lesson to make sure to read reviews of a company before using them because their reviews are on point for their company. I just can’t believe a company is this unprofessional. I paid for a service, they didn’t do the service, and to top it off I couldn’t even REACH the company. Save your self A LOT of money and stress and choose literally any other company. I understand Mother’s Day is crazy but this is a business. If you have too many orders for one day, then tell people that or cut off orders online!!!! It’s not like I ordered the day before, I wanted to make sure this wouldn’t be an issue so I ordered them several weeks prior. Ordered this Succulent Terrarium from 1-800-Flowers. Received this limp, broken, spotted and sad plant. I didn't realize that 1-800-Flowers chooses the worse, cheapest florists. The woman that answered the phone told me that the distributor that they use is closed so they had to provide what they had available. Um $90.00 for something I didn't order. Ridiculous. What a scam! They chose to replace the arrangement with one they picked for me without notifying me! You be the judge. 12/30/25 Addendum - I don't care what the process is. I ordered a product that you couldn't fill and replaced with a DYING, WILTED, ICE DAMAGED PLANT. The fact that this plant was delivered without any quality control on your end is inexcusable. This plant should never have been delivered in that condition even if it wasn't something I ordered. There is no defense on your part. The only way I knew this plant came from you was the card that arrived with the plant. The 1.6 rating from you clients across the board is very telling don't you think? There was no option for 0 reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would…calling yourself a florist with the arrangement I received is laughable. Birthday flowers were so disappointing that the sender reordered what’s considered AN ACTUAL BOUQUET from a florist. *1st photo from Bridgewater Florist 2nd photo, new bouquet, same day from a florist that cares. The second floral arrangement was actually cheaper than what was sent the first time. Please reconsider if you want wilted funeral flowers or a real happy bouquet prior to ordering.

My Aunt ordered flowers for my Birthday and spent additional money for expedited delivery as well as for an upgraded size. The first photo is what the arrangement should have looked like. The second photo is what I received and the following photos reflect the wilting flowers in the arrangement. This arrangement does not even reflect the substitution policy. Not to mention, it showed up two days late. Please know that on the card, the correct delivery date was notated, but it was clearly disregarded. My aunt was upset and embarrassed when I sent her a photo of my flowers that she was excited to send to me after they arrived days later than expected. The whole arrangement was reflective of what you would expect a subpar grocery store arrangement to look like when you throw it in a vase at home. I will not consider using this florist for any floral needs in the future.
